Install Mobile App

The mobile app is used to capture transactions from a mobile device. For users that will be capturing transactions for multiple units using scanning, it is recommended to invest in a mobile device with a dedicated barcode scanner.

To install the application to your device, follow these instructions:

On the PanatrackerST portal under settings area accessed from the top menu bar, open the Device Setup page.

Open a browser on the device and scan the 2D barcode.

Download the file and Open to install.

Complete the Install of the App to the device.

When prompted for the Portal URL, scan the 2D barcode from the portal again.

When registered, the login screen will be displayed.

The update to your mobile app will be automatic when there is a version upgrade. If for some reason the device does not update, under Setting on the mobile app menu, there is an option to check for updates.

If you have installed the mobile app to your test environment and want to change to your production environment, go to the Settings from your mobile app menu and find the Unregister function to access the portal setup. Clear the Portal URL and then scan the 2D barcode from your production environment.
Note: If going from a newer version to an older version, you may need to uninstall the app completely and re-install.
