What’s New

  • Organization Roles have been overhauled and moved to the System Settings window.
    • Permissions are now separated into four levels of access:
      • Create
      • Read
      • Update
      • Delete
    • Several new permissions have been added to the Organization Role screen.
    • The legacy Organization Roles option has been removed from the navigation menu.

Important Note: The organization role updates affect the entire system and is the biggest change for this release.  Please be sure to complete testing of your transactions and views to confirm that your roles are set appropriately.

  • Login ID Added. Login ID has been separated from the email address for users. This now supports the ability to use an employee ID, badge, or alternate username. This also supports the ability to register users using the same email address for greater flexibility.
  • Projects.
    • Moveable Containers can now be allocated to Projects and have their contents restricted to the appropriate Project.
    • An address can now be assigned to a project.
  • Inactive Flags. Item, Container, Shipment, and Project templates can now be marked as inactive instead of being deleted.
    • Inactive templates will remain associated to all existing units under that template, but new units and masters can no longer be created for that template.

Other Improvements

  • The Item Template form has been separated into tabs for improved usability.
  • Default weight, dimension, and item unit of measures can now be associated to Item Templates.
  • Historic receipts against a purchase order can now be seen within the edit screen for each purchase order.
  • Transfer Orders have had a Requested By field added that allows the requesting user to be associated to the order. This is automatically populated as the user making a transfer request from the mobile app.
  • The details of Ship IDs within Build Shipment have been separated into their own window that can be accessed by clicking the details button next to the Ship ID field.
  • Grid views throughout the system have had default sort orders applied to them so that the data appears in the most relevant order.
  • (Mobile) The Item Look Up transaction will now also display In Transit and Requested quantities.
  • (Mobile) The Check Out and Reserve for Check Out transactions have been renamed to Quick Check Out and Check Out.
  • (Mobile) The Put Away transaction now provides a list of locations where other units of the same item code are location and a list of empty areas.
  • (Mobile) Adding lines to an order in the Transfer Request transaction can now restrict item codes that appear based on a project allocation and plan quantities.
