Release Notes – August 2025

The following features and enhancements have been added in the August 2025 release.

  • ALTERNATE ITEM NUMBERS
    • Added a team role to enable/disable alternate item number setup.
    • Applied the alternate item number selection across all remaining transactions.
    • Added the association to alternate item numbers to the mobile app.
  • USERS
    • Added the ability to change an assignee to a system user – either view only or system
  • MOVABLE CONTAINERS
    • Applied rule option to enable picking to a movable container on Build Shipment
    • On the Container Grid View, added a ‘content status’ to identify empty versus in-use containers and added a column to identify returnable container types.
    • Added logic to automatically delete ‘non-returnable’ containers when empty.
    • Logic for containers assigned a customer as the owning team logic on Build Shipment and Shipping.
    • Weight and Dimension columns were changed from default to optional on the container grid view.
  • ITEM MASTERS
    • Updated last cost logic. Added a last received cost display field separate from the Unit Cost. Unit cost will no longer be updated with the last cost automatically
  • ITEM RESTOCK
    • Added a tab on the Edit/View vehicle page to access and assign restock levels.
    • Added a tab on the Facilities page to view and edit facility-level restocks.
    • Updated item restock setup to support both restock and reorder (from vendor) logic.
    • Item Restock Grid – added inline editing capabilities for easier edits.
  • USAGE TRANSACTION
    • Added transaction numbering for integration support logic.
  • ORDER PICK
    • Finished the ‘scan to pick’ feature for quantity-tracked items.
    • Updated data capture flow to support the scan-to-pick and transaction attribute data capture.
    • New grid view for both In Progress and History for Order Picks.
    • Updated the units tab for quantity-tracked items to display individual pick history.
  • PURCHASE ORDER ENTRY/EDIT
    • Completed logic for owning team assignments.
    • Updated the grids on the PO order line to support changes to columns.
  • RECEIVING
    • Updated logic to support auto-create of movable containers at receiving with a ‘create container’ button display.
  • VALIDATE/COUNT TRANSACTION
    • Added display of transaction code and reset timestamp for ad hoc validations and counts.
    • Display of counted items for quantity-tracked items will include a checkmark. Recounts can still be completed.
  • TEAM ROLES
    • Added additional grid view access roles
  • OTHER
    • Added additional columns on the Items On (PO) Order Grid View.
    • Added columns on the Purchase Order grid view.
    • Added Item Template for filtering on the Project Units Grid View.
    • Updated the Transfer and Customer Order grid view to allow for editing which columns display
    • Transfer Custody on the portal menu was moved under Check Out Management
    • Added messaging for expired license.
