Unit Maintenance

  • Added status update for units as part of the maintenance transaction. This will support the ability to change out-of-service back to available.

Mass Transfer for Projects

Added logic for the Mass Transfer transaction to support transfer from one project to another in addition to custodian.

Unit Cost Capture for Quantity-Tracked Items

A new setting has been added on quantity-tracked item templates to capture the unit cost on Receive New Unit. The Item Master Cost will be updated with the last received cost for the item. Historical receiving costs are available to review under a new grid view. A new rule has been added for item templates for quantity-tracked items to enable capture of unit cost. The field will be enabled on Receive New Unit transaction. The Item Master Unit Cost field will be updated with the last received cost automatically.

New Grid Views

  • Last Validation Date grid view is available under the Validate/Count on the portal. This view adds quick visibility and reporting for the last validation date of asset type serial-tracked items. This grid view is located under Validate/Count section on the portal left menu.
  • Purchase Order Items on Order. This grid view supports access to see items that are current on purchase orders for additional reporting. This grid view is located under Purchase Order section on the left menu on the portal.
  • Historical Item Receipt Costs for quantity tracked items. This will log receipt cost history for quantity-tracked items for reporting purposes. This grid view is located under the ‘Units’ section.

Alternate Item Number

A new alternate item number set up option has been added. Alternate item numbers can be associated with an item master. They are available to select from look up lists or to select using barcode scanning. When selected, the associated item will be selected. This has been added to support barcoded manufacturer and vendor item numbers. Setup is located under the Units section on the portal and is also available to add as part of the Item Master create/edit.

Other Features

  • Added vehicles for setup for restock levels.
  • Added a ‘view only’ interface for view only users on mobile.
  • Updates to the Billing Schedule infrastructure were added for improved integration support.
