What are we working on next?
The following are the features and functionality we are working on next.
- Work Order Request. This will be available on mobile to support a user making a request for unplanned maintenance.
- Unit Maintenance/Work Order Enhancements. This will include the ability to set a priority and due date for a maintenance requirement. A user or team can also be assigned to the maintenance activity (work order).
- Creation of Purchase Order and Transfer Orders based on Restock and Reorder Points. A new interface will be available to view all items below facility restock (for transfer orders) and below reorder point (for purchase orders) with the ability to select the items to auto-create a purchase order or a transfer order.
- Project field naming setting. A ‘project’ may be called a job or a contract by other organizations. A new setting will be added to define the naming convention which will then label the fields either ‘job, project, contract, or other name) across the system.
- Tasklist/Form for Unit Update transaction. Similar to Maintenance Plans and Place-In-Service checklists, templates will be added for Update Unit to be selectable for managing varoius task types. This will add additional flexibility for the system.
- Images/Attachments. We have been working on the infrastructure and plan to roll-out support for images and attachments before the end of 2026.
As always, this is the currently defined features. We always encourage feedback from our customers and may re-prioritize the plan based on that.
