Highlights of new features and functionality released for June, 2024 include
- Shipping Overhaul. Shipping functionality was overhauled with the addition of being able to ship Check-Out reservations. This overhaul touched multiple transactions including Build Shipment, Shipping, and Receive Transfer.

- A checked-out unit can be assigned as deployed to support additional workflow options.
- New item template rule was added for rental reporting.
- Track as rental item FROM a vendor. This will assign the vendor as the owner.
- Track as rental item TO customers. This will support running reports for items with this specific rule for reporting check out periods.
- Audit Schedule and Reconcile for Validation/Counts. Most of our efforts for this release was based on this new feature. For validations and counts for facilities and areas, an audit schedule can be set up. The audit schedule provides the ability to define the areas to be validated and counted. The components to this feature include:
- Create/Edit Audit Schedule. This supports defining what areas to be included for the validation and audit activities. Define parameters and select areas to include.
- Audit Reconcile. In addition to the current logging functionality, the audit reconcile provides the list of expected items and quantities when the area is first selected. For quantity-tracked item types, the original expected quantity is tracked along with the final count and the sum of the variance based on that data. The logging includes all activity for the validation/count.
- Exceptions. Any variances or exceptions are tracked in a separate tab.
- Updates to Mobile Transaction.
- Ability to select a scheduled audit.
- A Find Item tab to locate an item found in the area that was not part of the system’s expected unit/item. If the item is serial-tracked and exists, it can be moved or transferred to the current location being validated. If the item is a quantity-tracked item, the counted quantity can be added to the system.
- Improvements to the look up list and unit tab display.
