Release Notes May 2025

The following features and enhancements are included in the mid-May version release.

  • Ability to add a parent area assignment on an edit action for existing areas set up in the system.
  • Retired-Disposed Grid View enhancements that include
    • Updated the name of the grid view page and menu option to Retired-Disposed.
    • New filter added for owning team.
    • Link added to the Retire-Dispose transaction
  • Grid View. A column was added to the Consumed Items history grid view for facility.
  • Added default of an area for quantity-tracked items when the item is located in only one area on the Move transaction and the Order Pick transaction.
  • Updates to the system attributes – removed attributes that are now represented as a system field to remove confusion and duplication.
  • Unit Maintenance Transaction. Update the Unit Maintenance transaction layout on portal.
  • Update Unit Transaction. Updated navigation on Update Unit transaction on both portal and mobile.
  • Package Tracking. Updated the Package Pickup layout.
  • Package Tracking. Updated the Package Receive layout.
  • Package Tracking. Moved RECIPIENT setup under Package Tracking.
  • Check Out Management. Moved ASSIGNEE setup under Check Out Managment section on the portal menu.
  • Added an AREA/CONTAINER filter on Move and Usage transactions to streamline data capture when all items are being moved or consumed from the same area.
  • Purchase Orders. Corrected the unit cost entry on PO entry/edit to match the other cost entry fields in the system.
  • Purchase Orders. A ‘Receive For (Owner)’ field has been added to the PO entry header. This is added to support receiving items owned by a customer to support proper ownership logic at PO Receiving.
  • Item Count. Vehicles were added to the Item Count transaction.
  • GPS coordinates for last known location based on completing a transaction from a mobile device was added.
  • PO Receiving. Support to receive items that are not a purchase order was added. This is managed as a transaction setting under PO Receiving.
  • PO Receiving. Added the ability to create a new item master on-the-fly when the rule is enabled to support receiving items not on a purchase order.
  • Order Pick. Added support to capture transaction-level attributes on Order Pick to item templates. This applies to both quantity and serialized item types.
  • Filter added to Pending Shipments to filter based on user’s logged in facility.
  • Movable Containers. Added logic to default the project (job) assignment and PO Number assignment to movable containers when created on-the-fly as part of PO Receiving.
