The system doesn’t recognize the unit I am entering in a transaction.
- Confirm the unit you are attempting to interact with is currently in custody and the location of the facility you are logged in under. If you are in the portal, you can confirm this by reviewing the unit in the unit grid view. If you are on mobile, you can test if the unit can be selected in Scan First.
- Confirm the unit has a status that makes it available to select for the transaction.
- Confirm that the item unit is not restricted by a rule or condition. Are you attempting to check out a unit that is under a template that does not allow check outs? Are you completing a transaction for a specified project, but the unit you are attempting to select is allocated to a different project?
I am not able to submit a unit.
Review the transaction fields to confirm all required fields have been entered.
Confirm that there is not an invalid entry for any of the fields.
I don’t see the transaction I am trying to complete.
Access to transactions are based on your team role. Check with your administrator to confirm that the role you are assigned for the team related to the facility includes the transaction you are trying to select.
I don’t see all of the item units for my company in the Unit Grid View
Access to view the item units requires that you are a member of the team that either has ownership or is in custody of the unit. Check with your administrator to confirm that you are assigned to all teams in the system (even if you do not have the ability to complete transactions) to gain access to view all units for your organization.
