We have found that the best training method for customers is a train-the-trainer approach via one longer online webcast session. The train-the-trainer approach allows you to develop a local resource at your company who has a solid understanding of the Panatrack system and how it works. Once trained, your trainer can then be called upon to help you troubleshoot, adjust the system to meet new challenges, and train new employees as your company grows. Our software is user-friendly and easy to use so customer trainers seldom need or want more than one training session for your trainer (although we are happy to provide additional training sessions within 30 days of your initial training).
Some customers may install Panatrack software but may not be planning to use it for a few months. There is something of a sweet spot for training, which is within 1-3 weeks of when you will actually use the system. So, if you are one of those companies that is delaying your roll-out date, we are more than happy to accommodate your training by waiting until you are ready to go.
