Symptom:
OpenAccessException: Telerk.OpenAccess.OpenAccessException: SQL exception on ‘CREATEDATABASE Panatracker’; already exists.
Cause:
This error is likely to occur after the Panatracker transaction database has been modified or moved by a user. This error occurs because the Panatracker SQL login no longer has permission to access the Panatracker database.
Solution:
- To rectify this issue, ensure the Panatracker SQL login is a member of the db_owner database role for the Panatracker database.
- Additionally, you will want to ensure the Panatracker login is a member of the DYNGRP database role for any company databases you are using PanatrackerGP with.
