Sales Tax is not calculating properly using Avalara’s AvaTax

The AvaTax for Microsoft Dynamics GP User Guide, states the SOP Tax Update Utility allows the mass recalculation of open sales transactions.

1. To access it, go to Tools > Utilities > AvaTax Update > SOP Tax Update Utility. 
2. Run the utility prior to posting any order fulfillment transactions submitted through eConnect.
