How to reset user password – Handheld and Portal

To change the password:

1. Sign into the PanatrackerGP Portal with administrator access
2. Click on Administration
3. Click on User Administration
4. Find your username and click Edit
5. Click on Reset Password
6. After you change the password, click update user

This will also update the user information for the handheld and portal.
