How to find the details of an error in the PanatrackerGP portal.

If you receive an error in the PanatrackerGP handheld application, the details of this error can be found on the corresponding transaction page of your PanatrackerGP portal. These error details will often describe, in detail, the origin of the error.

To do find these details you will need to log into your PanatrackerGP portal.

  • If you do not know the address of your PanatrackerGP portal, it can be found in the handheld PanatrackerGP application. From the Main Menu of the handheld application select Admin > Status, then select the Network Listed after Portal is the address of your PanatrackerGP portal. Input this into any web browser on your computer/workstation to access the PanatrackerGP portal. If you do not know the login details, speak to your PanatrackerGP or system administrator.

On the left of the PanatrackerGP portal is the navigation menu. Listed in this menu are all of the different transactions available. Select the transaction you were performing on the handheld when you received the error. In this example we will assume the error occurred during an Order Fulfillment transaction. On the left navigation bar under Order Trx heading we will select the Fulfill Order page.

On the transaction page will be a grid of all the transactions recently performed on the handheld. In this grid. Find the transaction where the error occurred (it will typically have a Status of “Warning” or “Failed”) and click the triangle icon to expand the transaction. 

To find more error details regarding the error, expand the “Transaction Details” tab.
