We suggest that you set your handheld scanning device so that the backlight doesn’t turn off automatically. While it’s nice to save power, you may find the default setting annoying.
To change the backlight settings on your mobile computer:
- Open the Start menu
- Select Settings
- Select System
- Select Backlight
- Uncheck the “Turn off backlight” option
