Panatrack will work with a remote Citrix environment. We have a server-side portal that records the transactions and manages the devices and configuration.
The scanners communicate directly to this portal via webservices. In a Citrix environment, we install directly on the GP SQL server or on the Citrix host. All we need is a box with the necessary pre-requisites: Microsoft.NET, IIS, and DynamicsGP’s eConnect.
