- Go to the PanatrackerGP portal
- On the left side of the portal click Settings.
- Find the setting ‘EnableBSMEM’ and verify it is set to True.
- If it is not set to True, turn it on and try again.
- If it is set to True, then contact your partner for assistance. Additional Binary Stream stored procedures may be missing from your company database and need to be installed.
