  • From Google PlayStore
    • If you have configured a Google Play account on the scanner as recommended

      Open the Google Play Store – Search “Splashtop SOS”

    • Select Splashtop SOS – Remote Support

  • Once Installed, open the application and ‘Agree’ to the terms

    • Allow Splashtop SOS to allow notifications

Install Splashtop SOS without a Google Play Account

  • Without a PlayStore account
  • Open the Google Chrome application on the scanner

  • Tap into the ‘Search or Type URL’ and scan the barcode below.
  • Once Installed, open the application and ‘Agree’ to the terms

    • Allow Splashtop SOS to allow notifications
