To open a support ticket through NiceLabel’s website:
Please note the following updates to the portal interface:
- You will be required to select a Product Line when creating a new case.
- The Type field will be removed.
- You must enter both License and Product Version information.
- When the portal sends a notification email, you can now reply directly to that email to respond.
- A Help link will be added to the case form to guide you on locating your license or serial number as below
