To open a support ticket through NiceLabel’s website:

Sign in

Please note the following updates to the portal interface:

  1. You will be required to select a Product Line when creating a new case.
  2. The Type field will be removed.
  3. You must enter both License and Product Version information.
  4. When the portal sends a notification email, you can now reply directly to that email to respond.
  5. A Help link will be added to the case form to guide you on locating your license or serial number as below
